Pink and black

This weeks challenge over at Pollycraft Monday Challenge is to use Pink on a project. For this card I stamped butterfly images onto card, coloured them with copics added glitter on parts and cut them out. I mounted them onto Pink spotty cardstock by October Afternoon, and black cardstock, then machined round the  paper. The number 30 is naked chipboard cloured with copics and covered in glossy accents.

Butterfly person

A quick post to show you a card I made using another digi image from Lori Boyd. I dont usually use the colour purple as it's not one of my favourite colours hoever love it on this card. I coloured the image with copics and added a little bit of glitter onto the wings. The card is made from nestabilities. I added the sentiment onto a bit of wire.

Lady bird (bug)

This weeks challenge at Pollycraft challenge blog  is Lets have a sing song. They are asking for a project  inspired by a song.   The song in mind I had for this card is not particularly happy song for a Nursery Rhyme '' Lady bird, Lady bird, fly away home, your house is on fire and your children are gone'' I hope my card cheers you up.

I used a Lori Boyd digi image coloured with copics. I hand cut a heart out of corregated card and popped a red heart pin into the side. The patterned paper is by October Afyernoon  and Creative Imaginations. I machine stitched the edges of the paper and popped a Melissa Frances rub on onto a piece of torn card for the saying.

Yippee - Easel card

This is the first easel card that I have ever made.  I know people have been making them for ages  and now I know why. I love them . I specifically made this one for the DP2 challenge  which asks for one of Mo's images and to make an easel card. Thank you Mo for giving me the kick up the bum to make one. I left the card quite simple as I didnt want to detract away from the fab image. If I remember rightly this is one of Mo's free digital image. I coloured the image with copics, added glitter and hand drew the clouds with Prisma's then also glitterd them too. The words Yippee are Heidi Swapp chipboard letters. The patterend paper is by October Afternoon and the cardstock is by Stamping Up.
