40 something

A friend asked me to make a 40th Birthday card. She asked for elegant :o I hope she will be happy with this card.I embossed a stamping up Manhatten flower image onto whitewashed cardstock then sanded the image to let the background colour come through. Although you cant see much of the patterned paper it is a beautiful blue rose on a cream background.

Materials used:
Paper- Blueberry hill by papermania
Cardstock- SU Bashful blue, Bazzill cream and coredinations whitewash collection
image - SU Manhatten flower (embossed)
