Cupcake challenge , Boy, Oh Boy , Oh Boy !

As Father's day is fast approaching this weeks challenge at Cupcake Craft Challenge is projects for men, Dad's . boys etc....

Here is my card I made for the challenge:

I used a shaped card from Which Craft. As you can see I mounted the astronaut onto a strip of acetate to make him look as though he is floating in space. I couloured the digi images (soory I cannot remember who they ar eby, I seem to have lost them on my computer)in with copics and added glossy accents to his visor to make it look like glass.

Edited to add....I have been informed by one of my teamies the the images are Lilyboo designs over on www.cuddlybuddly.com.

Going Goth ....

This weeks challenge over at Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog  is Going Goth! Create a fun "dark" card.  Now anyone who knows me will know that this was a challenge and a half for me...... so hopefully you will like my card I made using autumnbugg, the coloured cheshire cat and the heart from Love Hurts.

This weeks challenge at Stamp something is to use a digi image. Here I used an image from Tiddly inks. I coloured it with copics and used a sketch I found on my blog travels but as usual cannot remember where I found it  !!  Stamp something are also looking for new DT members so if anyone is interested pop over and have a look.
