Stitching
Another fab digi image by Cristy Croll. This one is called Joy Bugg. I coloured it with copics using browns and raspberry colours to echo the lovely colour combination in the My Minds Eye patterned papers.
I machine stitched around the circle which I cut with nestability and also around the edges of the square layers. The sentiment is a rub on by Kaiser. I am going to enter this card in Dare u2digi which asks for stitching either faux or real.

Sweetheart
I have had a week off work relaxing, making cards and watching big brother on live stream. The weather has been beautiful although too hot to do an awful lot around the house. My craft room is south facing so has been boiling, despite the heat I managed to colour a few images.
One of my favourite colour combinations is blue and red and I love checks almost as much as dots and this card makes me happy. I hand cut a heart from checquered (sp) paper (not sure of the make) and machine stitched around the edge then popped on a digital image from the Little Innocent range coloured with copics.
The sentiment is by Melissa Francis.

Cluck.........
I have had these Magnolia stamps for ages and haven't inked them up till the other day. All coloured with copics, cut out and mounted onto October Afternoon patterned paper and Kraft cardstock. I added a bit of shine to the chickesns tail feathers and centre of the sunflowers by adding glossy accents.

Happy sunny days
We in the UK are having beautiful weather and this card sums up the beautiful weather and hopefully will make a happy birthday card for someone who has a birthday in the summer months....
I am entering this card into the Caardvarks challenge in which MFT are sponsoring. I used MFT die-namics cloud and grass dies, a digi image from the pure innocence collection and flower stamp from Magnolia. All have been coloured in with copics.

Spaceman
A friend of mine asked me to make a birthday card for her grandson who soon will be 6. I used digi images from the space collection from Lily Boo's boutique . I am entering the card into
Bee Crafty Downloads Challenge 33 which asks for projects with 3D on them and the ABC challenge which asks for xtra dimension.
I coloured the images with copics, added glossy accents on the space mans helmet and the window on the space ship to give it a glassy look. I added glitter onto the moon.
I have layered the images, the space ship is lifted off the paper with 3d
foam and the spaceman is lifted off the card with acetate to make him look as though he is floating in space. To top it off I punched out stars and added them on the 'sky' with 3 d foam squares.
