I am entering this card into the current Caardvarks Challenge which is all about being clean and simple.
The image is a digi image called Baby Olivia from Lori Boyd. I coloured little Olivia with copics and threaded bakers twine ,which can be bought from the Ribbon Girl , from the back of her bow and tied it to make another bow. The image was cut out and mounted onto black card (this is something Lori does herself so thought I would have a go). This was mounted onto white card which I machine stitched and ran through the cuttlebug.
The rub on is by Melissa Frances.

You're a star.......
I made this card for the Ribbon Girl Blog who are having their first ever challenge to win th emost amazing box of goodies. Honestly if you haven't seen what is up for grabs then please do, you will not be disappointed at all.
I used a rubber stamp from Lilli of theValley. I stamped it onto Neenah cardstock, coloured the image with copics then sponged the edges with chalk ink. Now I have bought a copic air brush system but confess I haven't opened the packaging yet !!!!
The orange paper/card is by Bo Bunny. I coloured the button twine available from The Ribbon Girl shop with a black copic pen to go with th eblack orange and white theme and threaded it through a dotty button also from the Ribbon Girl.

On cloud nine........
This card uses one of the new digi releases available in Lori Boyds Lollipop and Sugar Sticks shop. It is the bride and groom. I made a circle easel card out of Kraft cardstock, used Cosmo Cricket patterned paper from the Material Girl range and cloud die cut from My favourite Things. I coloured the groom and bouquet with copics and dotted glitter on the bride's dress. The ribbon from The Ribbon Girl has a beautiful soft sheen to it whilst the diamonte heart charm adds extra sparkle. I couldn't go without adding my favourite twine which I threaded through one of Andrea and Mary's polka dot buttons (all available from the Ribbon Girl) . In my opinion they are a must buy.

Love beyond measure
Well another weekend has passed by so quickly. Besides going to a craft show , meeting the lovely Andrea and Mary owners of The Ribbon Girl shop and buying a few goodies I made a card today using a digi image by Lori Boyd which is coming to The Lollipop Shop very soon.
The image is in fact grandparents and their little dog. I made a little step for the front of the card and popped the little dog and the cat , also by Lori, onto the front making it jump out from the main image.
I coloured the digi in with copics, again far too many to mention, choosing colours to go with the patterned paper by Cosmo cricket called Material girl. I personally believe the little tape measure goes well with the Love Beyond Measure rub on by Melissa Francis.
Sorry for the poor quality of picture but it is night time here and had to use my light tent. The paper looks orange when in fact its red xx

Starting school.......
A colleagues little girl starts school this Tuesday so thought I would send her a little good luck card (ok she cant read it but her mum can !) and what better to use than a digi image from Lori Boyd. I coloured the image with copics, too many to mention but I have included a picture of them
I used patterend paper by October afternoon and gorgeous ruffled ribbon from The Ribbon Girl. I think I have fallen in love with it to be honest........I machine stitched the edges of the patterned paper and added glossy accents to the apple which makes it look as though its ready to eat.
