Little Princess

This is for a little princess................................ Made following the latest sketch on CPS (164) using October afternoon and Papermania Blueberry Hill patterned paper and a Mo Manning digi image printed onto SU whisper white cardstock. The image is coloured in with copics with the shading around the edge being made by using a prismacolour pencil. This then was mounted onto corregated card. If you look closely you will see I have added a few dots of glitter around the image. I machine sewed the edges and added a Melissa Frances transfer. The ribbon is from East is East.

Friday Sketchers challenge 98

I made this card  following the Friday Sketchers sketch. I am out of my comfort zone when it comes to using lots of layers so I thought I would push myself into having a go. It helped by using the fabulous My Minds Eye papers and the gorgeous digi image by Heather Ellis. I coloured the image with copics and as usual stitched around nearly every edge possible !

Can I just say the cardstock in real life is a green not blue that it looks like in the picture.

It'll be okay

I have no inclination or urge to make any cards, it doesnt help that the back of my leg hurts where i had a little taggy thing cut off my leg  and an inflammed coccyx and am finding it a little uncomfortable sitting for longso am going to show  a card that I made on a weekend away with a lovely group of ladies. The stamp is a Little Innocent one owned by Andrea stamped onto water colour paper then coloured with distress inks. The papers are by October Afternoon and Bo Bunny.

another cosmic wonder...

Ok not so much of a wonder as the title suggests but a card with a purple alien which is a bit cosmic. Again this image was from Pollycrafts , it is a digi image coloured with copics. I mounted the image on a hand cut star made of corregated card then mounted on two layers of cardstock. The patterned paper is basic grey which was all forgotten at the bottom of my pile of patterned paper. The jewels in the sky are dew drops which I have also have had for ages lurking in one of my drawers. TFL

 

Cosmic Day

A card I made especially for the Pollycraft challenge 38 anything goes.I used one of their new digi images which I coloured with copics. I used some old cosmo cricket papers and once again machint titched the edges. All was mounted onto SU Kraft cardstock.

Red Dragon

I made this card for inspirational sketches but was a day late ! Anyway I loved the sketch. I used cosmo cricket patterned paper mounted onto cream card. The stamped image by Bella was coloured with distress inks with a little bit of glitter on his teeef :)

Another year older.

I absolutely love this digi image from bugaloo. For a change I coloured it with copics. The tag sentiment I made on the computer then cut it out with SU punches. The ribbon is from East is East which I think matches the paper by October Afternoon just right :)

cherry blossom

A quick card (well not so quick as people who know me I do not do quick, I am the slowest card maker ever)  I made using a stamping bella stamp called cherry blossom . I coloured it with distress inks and added glitter to her bodice. I cant remember what carstock I used but there are blue bunnies on the other side of it , if that helps anyone. I also used a MS punch.
I found the ribbon in my wardrobe yesterday in a discarded Tiffany box.
