50 eeeeeeeeeek

Colleagues asked me to make a card for  someone who is 50 this week, I already knew that I was going to use a certain digi image from Bugaboo Stamps but was stuck for the layout of the card so I popped over to the trusty Friday Sketchers site and used sketch # 143.

I used My Minds Eye papers, coloured the image with copics and strung  two chipboard numbers onto button twine from the Ribbon Girl.

A beautiful day..

No not here as  its doing nothing but rain here in the UK  but this card reminds me of beautiful days .......

The digi image can be bought here at  By Lori Designs shop. The card is in fact a little box card where you can pop sweets  or a little gift inside, its by papermania and I saw it on the off chance in a local garden centre. The image is coloured with copics. I added button twine  for the kite string , it can be bought from The Ribbon Girl which in my opinion is the best ribbon shop around.

Colour challenge....

It's the 3rd Sunday of the month so time for a new Ribbon Girl colour challenge. The challenge will run for 2 weeks and the colour theme is pink, brown and cream. You can make any kind of project and as long as you stick to the colours, create a new project  and enter a direct link to your project. You could  win this lovely selection of Ribbon Girl goodies

and a voucher for £10 to spend in the Lili Of The Valley online store.

For this card I used a Little Innocents digi Image coloured with copics, digi paper and seam binding, button twine, button and dew drops all from the ribbon girl shop.

Good Luck

I am also entering this into Krafty Thursday #47 challenge
